I will arrange a private, introductory meeting at
your property where we will have the opportunity to get to know
one another. Our initial visit will consist of a tour of your property,
where you are the tour director and I am the note taker!
I will take copious notes and pay special attention to any updates you may have
completed during your home ownership, as well as document any unique
attractions that can be called out to prospective buyers. In many
cases, the features you find most attractive will be of interest
to the new buyer!
Following our visit, we will review the notes that I have taken to ensure all
details are covered and answer any questions you may have.
Determining the Listing Price
Pricing
is the next important step. Depending on the property, I may provide
an initial report showing properties that are currently active
for sale as well as pending and sold properties in your area.
We will review these homes and identify which homes are comparable
to yours from a pricing perspective. Careful detail will be
made to this market analysis as the market will help guide us
to the appropriate range your home can be offered for sale.

Expectations and Developing a Plan

only way I can exceed your expectations is to first understand
them. Additionally, it important to understand your preferred
method of communication (phone, email, mail, etc) and the
frequency of which you would like to receive communication from
me. Attention to understanding these details is what sets me
apart from other agents and ensures that your goals are accomplished
on time and satisfactorily.
