Many homes listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) only showcase 1 photo shot. The system allows up to six (6) photos and I feel strongly that maximizing all six photos is in the best interest of presenting your property. I will capture multiple high-quality, digital photos of your property and present the maximum number to the MLS for you.

These photos will be incorporated into a professionally designed, on-site brochure that will be presented at your property for potential buyers to view. Additionally, I will produce both color and black and white brochures to be left in the brochure boxes on your yard sign (when permissible).
