Once we have identified the property that meets your needs...

...(and hopefully exceeds your expectations), we will sit down and carefully review other properties on the market and compare values to ensure fair market pricing.

Many factors influence pricing, including emotions of the seller. Other factors such as inflation, supply and demand, and seasonality are others, to name a few.

Just as pricing influences the prices at which homes are listed, there are other factors that affect the effectiveness and strength of an offer. I will review the variables important and uniquely individual to you in writing an effective (and competitive) purchase agreement.
