Having your home inspected by a licensed professional

While not mandatory,...

...hiring a qualified inspection company to perform a Complete Home Inspection of the property you plan to purchase proves to be a valuable tool in the home buying process. The buyer inspection is a key component to determining what kinds of major defects may be present-if any. In addition, the inspection provides valuable insight into what kinds of ongoing maintenance may be required to keep the home running in optimal condition.

A Complete Home Inspection will typically consist of reviewing the following in careful detail: exterior, interior, heating plant, plumbing, electrical, structure, systemic and maintenance.

A full report is often made available immediately upon completion of the inspection for review by the buyers and buyer's agent. Items of concern will be prioritized and an action plan will be developed, if necessary, to address any concerns.
