Final walk-through

As your dedicated real estate agent, it will be my pleasure to schedule a final walk-through of the property just before closing.

Oftentimes properties are seen or presented by the seller with either staged furniture or are show with the seller's own personal possessions. The purpose of the walk-through is to ensure that the property is in an acceptable condition, empty of furniture, personal belongings and any debris prior to closing and transfer of ownership.

Scheduling and arrangement of this visit will be taken care of by me, on your behalf, just prior to closing.
